Manifesting power within and without through the four elements of the mind, emotions, creative/spiritual force and the physical body.  This comes to mean that we create power through these channels.  We no longer see ourselves through the lens of victim hood but through the lens of self empowerment, sovereignty and independence.  It dawns on us that we are victims only in as much as we allow ourselves to be.  The choice is ours and when we choose to own our power, we will be responsible for our life.  We then can build a solid foundation of our own choice.  This is freedom!  This is the moment we take the wheel and use every part of our being to form a life of our own.  The dream becomes real and we create it.  Now knowing this, what do you want to build for yourself?  An alignment with courage, clear speech and confidence will be your allies.  You will need to set healthy boundaries and get to know exactly who you are.  Your new life, the life you want, begins now.
