The dance of life that continues forever as we experience our growth rebirth after rebirth,  that is the energy we are seeing here. How you choose to meet with the ever changing-ever flowing nature of life is the question being asked of you now.  Will you fight against the tides you cannot control and suffer, or will you accept the realities of life and move into an ever changing state of flow yourself?  One choice will surely lead to frustration, the other to freedom and expansion.  When we resist what is, we are in essence, fighting against a force much greater than us.  Likewise, when we welcome the unexpected challenges of life with acceptance we are just happier.  Life then becomes an adventure where we can harness the larger creative forces allowing it to move through us and experience the  surprise of our creativity and the inventively magical ways we have found to play the cards in our hand. And that is the key to happiness in fact, not in controlling life, but in learning to control how we react to it. Change is a necessary component to our evolution and makes expansion and evolution possible.

The depth of change that is occurring here is deep and encompasses all levels of being; mental, emotional, spiritual and physical. These aspects all affect each other and interplay within a framework that, once we understand it, directs us to the answers we seek. There is a direct link between body and mind.  For example, when we notice physical pain in a certain area, we can look at its symbolism to decipher the code- e.  when we are experiencing stomach pain we might ask ourselves “What is it I can't stomach right now?  What is going on in my life that is hard to digest? There will always be a link and it is the Divine intelligence within the body that is communicating to you and offering its helping hand.  Is it not magnificent to know you have this compass within you?  Change is difficult if fought against.  When welcomed, change is our everlasting friend.  

Rock water allows flow, for when there is flow we are allowing true magic to manifest, we experience a release and a freedom.
